Key Responsibilities:
- Lead technical activities with external vendors, ensuring alignment with project objectives, technical specifications, and quality standards.
- Review and evaluate technical proposals submitted by external vendors, assessing their feasibility, technical approach, and alignment with project requirements.
- Develop detailed project plans, work breakdown structures, and technical deliverables schedules in collaboration with external vendors.

- Identify and address technical issues and challenges that arise during the project execution phase.
- Establish and enforce technical quality assurance processes and standards for electronic hardware and software development.
- Foster effective communication and collaboration between internal stakeholders and external partners.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Systems Engineering, or related technical field; advanced degree preferred.
- Experience in leading mechanical design teams with internal and external partnerships.
- Strong technical expertise in hardware design, systems engineering, and integration.
- Demonstrated experience in managing technical activities with external vendors and contractors.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage complex technical projects, with a track record of delivering results on time and within budget.
We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
