Associate Contracts Manager, Studios EU

We are seeking a highly skilled Contract Manager to support Amazon Studios' rapidly growing businesses in Madrid. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in negotiating, documenting, and managing various television development and production agreements.

Key Responsibilities

Your responsibilities will include:

  1. Negotiating and managing television development and production agreements, including individual services agreements.
  2. Managing paperwork and legal processes, including advising internal stakeholders on contractual terms.
  3. Managing projects through a management system, and conducting periodic audits to ensure contractual compliance.
  4. Assisting with legal operations and process improvements, and conducting client trainings.
Requirements


• 2+ years of experience in a legal department

• Experience working with third-party contractual relationships

• Excellent written and oral communication skills

• Bachelor's degree

• Previous in-house legal experience a plus

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple workstreams, clients, and projects under tight deadlines

• Demonstrates good judgment even in ambiguous situations
