PUMA is seeking a highly motivated Retail Supervisor to join our team in Las Vegas. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, delivering exceptional customer service, and leading a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of sales associates to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and improve customer engagement.
  • Manage store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and loss prevention.
  • Collaborate with the store management team to achieve business objectives and improve store performance.
  • Provide coaching and development opportunities to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • 2-4 years of management experience in a retail environment.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Basic computer skills, including knowledge of MS Office programs.
