Job Title: Head of Blow Extrusion

Altorecruit is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Blow Extrusion to lead our production team in the blow extrusion process. The ideal candidate will be a proactive and results-driven leader with a solid background in blow extrusion operations and a proven ability to improve efficiency and quality.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Led and supervised all activities related to the blow extrusion process, including material preparation, machine adjustment, and quality control.
  2. Developed and executed strategies to improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and optimize productivity.
  3. Managed and trained the production team to ensure high performance and compliance with quality standards.
  4. Collaborated with other departments, such as engineering, quality, and maintenance, to resolve operational issues and optimize workflow.
  5. Implemented and maintained workplace safety practices, ensuring compliance with regulations and standards.
  6. Supervised preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment, ensuring availability and optimal functioning.
  7. Analysed production and quality data to identify areas for improvement and opportunities for optimization.
  8. Participated in the selection and acquisition of new equipment and technologies, aligned with production needs and quality standards.
Requirements:
  1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Materials Science, or related field. A postgraduate degree or certification in Blow Extrusion is preferred.
  2. Minimum 5 years of experience in supervisory or management roles in the blow extrusion industry.
  3. Deep knowledge of blow extrusion processes and practical experience in operating related equipment.
  4. Demonstrated leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate, train, and develop personnel.
  5. Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret production and quality data.
  6. Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with different departments and levels of the organization.
  7. Commitment to continuous improvement and ability to implement effective changes in processes and procedures.
  8. Commitment to workplace safety and compliance with regulations and standards.
