Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Project Designer to join our team. As a key member of our design team, you will work under the supervision of Senior Designers to carry out projects, occasionally leading project teams. Your primary responsibilities will include:

Design and Development
  • Designing and executing components of projects from proposal through concept, construction, and closeout.
  • Developing and maintaining a strong mastery of design concepts, construction techniques, and drawing documentation.
  • Collaborating with colleagues to design, execute, and deliver exceptional projects and develop strong client relationships.
Leadership and Management
  • Contributing to the design dialogue and leading by example to motivate and develop design teams.
  • Developing and implementing systems and processes for improved design, technical quality, and client service.
  • Building and maintaining sound relationships with clients, contractors, and suppliers to promote repeat business.
Requirements
  • An Interior Design Diploma or equivalent.
  • 1-3 years of interior design experience, preferably in hotel and food & beverage interior design.
  • Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and experience with Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
