Accounting Supervisor Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Accounting Supervisor to join our team at Universal Leaf Philippines, Inc. This role is ideal for a motivated and detail-oriented individual with a strong background in accounting and finance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the preparation and review of financial statements and reports
  • Manage the accounting team and ensure accurate and timely financial data
  • Develop and implement financial policies and procedures
  • Conduct financial analysis and provide recommendations to management
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in accounting and finance
  • CPA certification preferred
  • Strong knowledge of accounting software and systems
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
