About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Process Engineer to join our team at Yanfeng Automotive Interiors. As a Process Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and standardizing processes to ensure quality, safety, and cost efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define production processes and their documentation, including process flow, PFMEA, VSM, ODS, and parameter sheets.
  • Participate in launches, defining layout, control plans, and equipment setup and optimization.
  • Develop assembly standards and associated work content, including MTM, schedules, and operations balance sheets.
  • Lead or participate in problem-solving using appropriate tools, such as 8D, KT, and 6S.
  • Monitor and close applicable NCs identified in audits.
  • Promote continuous improvement of processes using lean tools.
  • Support production in implementing standardized processes.
  • Implement corrective and preventive actions to eliminate problem occurrence and recurrence.

Requirements

  • Degree or Master in Engineering.
  • Own vehicle.
  • Medium/high English proficiency.
  • Possibility of daily travel to the Almussafes plant.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a process engineer.
  • Valuable qualification and/or training in Lean Manufacturing systems and methodology, problem-solving tools, MTM, IOS, etc.
  • Focus on detail, collaboration, improvement, and continuous learning.
