At Amazon Web Services (AWS), we are seeking an experienced Cloud Solutions Architect, Enterprise Support to join our team. This role will provide field support to resolve inquiries from Enterprise customers regarding AWS services or Cloud.
About the Job
In this role, you will work directly with AWS global engineering and service teams to resolve customer issues. You will also lead technical discussions with senior leadership regarding incidents, trade-offs, and risk management. Your strong customer focus and bias for action will enable you to effectively represent AWS within a customer's environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide field support to resolve inquiries from Enterprise customers regarding AWS services or Cloud.
- Work directly with AWS global engineering and service teams to resolve customer issues.
- Lead technical discussions with senior leadership regarding incidents, trade-offs, and risk management.
- Foster trusting relationships with customers, understanding their business needs and technical challenges.
- Ensure AWS environments remain operationally healthy whilst reducing cost and complexity.
Requirements
- 7+ years of hands-on & Troubleshooting experience in one of the following areas: Infrastructure / Linux or Windows System Administration / Networking / CDN / Database / DevOps / BigData / Analytics / AI,ML / Security / Open Source / Web Application Development.
- Strong customer focus and bias for action.
- Candidates must have business communication skills in Korean.
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Math, or related discipline required, or equivalent work experience.
- Experience with AWS services and/or other cloud offerings.
- External customer-facing experience as a technical lead, with strong presenting skills to both large and small audiences.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects in a fast-moving environment.
- Business communication skill in English.

Salary Range: $120,000 - $180,000 per year based on location and experience.
