Junior Category Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Category Manager to join our team at De' Longhi Appliances S.r.l. in the Coffee Category department.

• Product Management:
  • Develop and implement product strategies to drive business growth and increase market share in the Coffee Category.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch new products and expand the brand into new categories.
• Distribution and Pricing:
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform distribution and pricing strategies.
  • Work closely with sales teams to execute distribution plans and optimize pricing policies.
• Market Analysis:
  • Conduct market research and analyze data to identify opportunities and challenges in the Coffee Category.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to inform business decisions.
• Customer Service:
  • Provide exceptional service to internal stakeholders, including sales teams and customers.
• Communication:
  • Prepare and present reports, presentations, and other materials to internal stakeholders.

• Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Experience:
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Skills:
  • Fluent in English, with excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proactive, results-oriented, and well-organized, with a passion for consumer and digital marketing.
