About the Role

The Solution Architect will be responsible for designing and implementing high-level solutions to support business programs and IT project teams. This role requires expertise in complex systems and applications, with a focus on application development and maintenance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide analytical expertise to advise business management and IT project teams on complex systems.
  • Launch and execute business-oriented programs.
  • Provide Level 3 support for solutions in run mode, working with Solution Analysts.
  • Review RFI's and RFP's to ensure compliance with Sibelco's evaluation process and principles.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in IT or equivalent experience.
  • At least 5 years of work experience in a similar role.
  • Practical understanding of industrial mineral industry E2E processes.
  • Knowledge of Sibelco's systems and processes, including ERP, HR, CRM, and BI tools.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish is required.
