The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated individual with life science industry experience in software product management, consulting, or a similar discipline to drive customer success with our Veeva Vault Regulatory Information Management (RIM) products in Europe.

As part of the European and global Product Expert teams, you will play a key role in shaping the product roadmap, advocating for customer needs and representing the Product organization in customer meetings, online communities, and industry events.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide subject matter expertise for the Vault RIM products and stay up-to-date with the latest features and roadmap direction.
  • Engage with customer stakeholders to communicate product capabilities and vision.
  • Share product information, best practices, and educate customers on our Vault RIM applications through customer meetings and online communities.
  • Gather, analyze, and prioritize customer feedback and product gaps, incorporating insights into release planning and the roadmap strategy.

Requirements

  • 5+ years within the regulatory industry for life sciences.
  • Experience in using and/or implementing RIM applications and processes.
  • Ability to understand customer business requirements and translate them to technical product requirements.
  • Strong analytical skills and English skills (written, verbal, and formal presentations).

Salary Estimate: €85,000 - €110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
