Job Title: Social Media Campaign Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Social Media Campaign Specialist to lead the activation, execution, and optimization of social media advertising campaigns for high-profile clients. The ideal candidate will have proven experience managing multiple advertising platforms, including Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Twitter, Pinterest, and Sprinklr.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute Paid Media strategies aligned with each client's objectives, maximizing KPIs such as ROAS, CPA, and conversions.
  • Create and manage tracking tools such as Pixel, Conversion API, and Google Analytics to monitor campaign performance.
  • Analyze campaign data to identify opportunities to expand reach and optimize campaign strategies.
  • Presentation of results to Business Unit teams through regular meetings.
  • Conduct A/B tests to evaluate and improve the effectiveness of ads, audiences, and strategies.
  • Handle billing, financial reconciliation, and budget control of campaigns.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Between 4 and 5 years of experience managing Paid Media campaigns for medium and large clients.
  • Advanced proficiency in platforms such as Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and Twitter Ads.
  • Experience with analysis and reporting tools.
  • C1 level of English mandatory; High level of French desirable.
  • Organization and ability to manage multiple accounts efficiently.
