We are seeking a highly organized and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a People Backoffice Specialist in Alicante. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a vital role in supporting the onboarding process for new employees, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring seamless communication with our members.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate the administrative aspects of employee onboarding, including document verification and processing;
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure a smooth transition for new employees;
- Verify and process documents, including Spanish-language materials, to ensure accuracy and compliance;
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with colleagues in Alicante and Valencia, as well as the recruitment team;
- Provide exceptional customer service to new members, addressing their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner;
- Identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements to optimize our operations;
- Communicate proactively with colleagues and stakeholders to ensure seamless workflow and progress;

What We Offer- A competitive, market-conform gross monthly salary of € 1900.00 based on 39 hours;

- The possibility of occasional remote work (3 days in the office, 2 days from home);
- A language bonus of € 120.00 gross based on 39 hours, applicable when you possess and utilize Spanish language skills;

- Minimum HBO work and thinking level;
- Residency in or near Alicante;
- Availability of 36 to 39 hours per week, with a minimum of 3 days in the office;
- Preferably, experience in HR or administrative support roles;
- Preferably, proficiency in Spanish language skills;
- Strong administrative skills and ability to maintain accurate records;
- Proficiency in systems and technology.
