About the Role:

Marriott Vacations Worldwide is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Administration Assistant to join our team. As a Sales Administration Assistant, you will play a critical role in supporting the sales team by providing administrative assistance and ensuring the smooth operation of our sales processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Scanning and processing law court notifications and sending them to the Service of Process team.
  • Completing Excel tracking with all relevant information about each case.
  • Creating folders and storing all documentation related to each case.
  • Uploading documentation into NetDocument.
  • Liaising with the Service of Process team, Cork Owner Services, and Outside Counselor as needed.
  • Managing NOA Documents Request Mail Box.
  • Performing general administrative duties, including checking documentation in the trays for the Sales Executives, photocopying SIFs, shredding documents with PII information, and enrolling new clients in the Bonvoy Rewards Program.
  • Preparing mailouts and printing reports from Universe weekly to track closed contracts.
  • Cleaning files, removing PII information, and filing documents in the Sales Admin filing cabinets or porta cabin.
  • Scanning, cleaning, and organizing files for storage.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in English and Spanish.
  • Advanced skills in the use of Microsoft Software.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing working days and hours.
  • Good analytical and communication skills.
  • Ability to identify and comprehend PII information.
  • Proficiency in using the scanner machine.
