About This Role

You will collaborate closely with UX and experimentation teams to create personalized, data-driven, and customer-centric online journeys. Reporting to the Senior Manager for Growth Marketing, this position offers the chance to develop expertise in CRO, personalization, and data-driven optimization while contributing to a high-growth, customer-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and execute a strategic personalization program, leveraging your CRO expertise to create tailored web experiences for multiple personas and segments across our platform.
  • Work cross-functionally with expert teams to ensure cohesive strategies and seamless execution.
  • Optimize user flows and implement conversion rate optimization techniques to improve website performance and drive measurable results.
  • Utilize tools such as VWO, Hotjar, GA4, and Google Analytics to track, test, and analyze website performance.
Requirements
  • Experienced in managing CRO and web personalization programs, preferably in a B2B SaaS or high-growth environment.
  • Proven track record of running A / B and multivariate tests, analyzing results, and implementing successful strategies to drive measurable improvements.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver within tight timelines.

We offer a competitive compensation package, including a salary range of $34,300 USD to $77,150 USD based on location, transferable or job-related skills, work experience, relevant training, business needs, and market demands.
