Role: Junior Creative Specialist (English speaker)
As a Junior Creative Specialist, you'll be part of a growing team in a rapidly expanding organization. We're looking for over-achieving individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and can self-start with minimal oversight. Ideal candidates will have experience and success in advertising or media sales and a solid understanding of omnichannel digital marketing solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional service to our client partners through account management, project management, and creative expertise.
- Meet deadlines and deliver high-quality creative projects within committed timeframes.
- Collaborate with channel partners, advertisers, and their agencies to drive business growth.
- Onboard new partners onto our platform and drive repeat business.
- Promote our product suite to clients and channel partners.
- Build strong relationships with clients and channel partners.
- Communicate effectively with internal production teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Stay up-to-date with industry creative trends, new service offerings, and best practices.
- Develop and lead content distribution strategies for clients and channel partners.
- Contribute to the development of our content and product roadmap.
Ideal capabilities & experience:
- At least 1 year of working experience in advertising, marketing, or a related field.
- Fluency in English is required.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to translate client briefings into internal production briefings.
- Comfortable leading calls and meetings with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of client objectives and goals.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills.
- Ability to analyze creative performance and provide recommendations.
