Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Associate to lead customer engagement on the sales floor. In this role, you will monitor sales progress and results against key targets, ensure excellence in customer service, and address customer concerns.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent education; Associate's degree preferred
- Minimum of one year of related experience preferred
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in maximizing store sales and achieving sales goals
- Monitor sales progress and results against key targets
- Lead an environment of productivity by leading the customer engagement on the sales floor
- Provide coaching and feedback to associates around customer engagement
