Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Delivery Experience Manager to join our team at zooplus. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction with our delivery services across Europe.

Your primary focus will be on managing the last mile delivery process, working closely with our logistics partners to optimize delivery times, and developing strategies to improve customer experience. You will also be responsible for coordinating projects aimed at enhancing our delivery services and ensuring they meet our high-quality standards.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of logistics services, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to manage projects effectively. You should also be proficient in MS Excel and have advanced IT skills. Additionally, you will need to be fluent in Spanish and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the last mile delivery process to ensure high-quality customer satisfaction
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer experience
  • Coordinate projects aimed at enhancing delivery services
  • Work closely with logistics partners to optimize delivery times
  • Monitor customer satisfaction and set priorities and strategies per market
  • Set up long-term country strategies and annual roadmaps to achieve best-in-class customer satisfaction
Requirements
  • Graduate degree or equivalent in a relevant discipline
  • Sound experience in logistics services
  • Previous experience working in a highly customer-oriented and challenging logistics-based business
  • Broad knowledge of methods for identifying customer requirements
  • Demonstrated ability to manage projects
  • High analytical competence and advanced IT skills, including MS Excel
  • Fluent in Spanish and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
