Social Support Assistant

Som Fundació Catalana Tutelar is a private non-profit organization that provides support to people with intellectual disabilities across Catalonia. We are seeking a Social Support Assistant to work with our users in the Penedès region and Tarragona province.
The successful candidate will provide support and accompaniment to our users in various settings, including medical visits, family visits, shopping, and legal proceedings. They will also be responsible for monitoring our users' progress in areas such as health, education, employment, and housing, among others.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the needs of people with intellectual disabilities and be able to provide person-centered support. They will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
The successful candidate will be required to have a valid driver's license and access to a vehicle. They will also be required to work a full-time schedule with flexible hours.
