For a prominent client, I'm seeking a freelance Spanish-speaking SAP Key-User/Floorwalker to support the post-go-live phase of their S/4HANA implementation in Barcelona. The ideal candidate will be based near Barcelona and have extensive knowledge of the SAP EWM system.

About the Role

This is a full-time position requiring 40 hours of work per week, with a duration of 9 months (extension possible). As a Key-User/Floorwalker, you will provide critical support to the business and warehouse teams, ensuring seamless adoption of the SAP EWM system.

Responsibilities
  1. Troubleshoot system issues and provide timely solutions to maintain business continuity.
  2. Deliver user training and support to ensure employees are proficient in using the SAP EWM system.
  3. Collaborate with the client's support team to manage incidents and resolve technical issues efficiently.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • Expertise in SAP EWM and its applications in warehouse management.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills to handle complex technical issues.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve shared objectives.
