Job OverviewThis role involves supporting individuals with various aspects of care, including personal care, mobility assistance, meal preparation, medication management, and social interaction. You will work closely with our clients to develop tailored care plans that prioritize their independence and dignity.
Responsibilities- Providing personal care and support to customers in their own homes
- Assisting with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Helping with mobility and transferring techniques to ensure safe movement
- Preparing meals and assisting with feeding
- Managing medications and administering treatments as required
- Engaging in social interactions and promoting emotional well-being
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A genuine passion for delivering high-quality care and support
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
