Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and advise employees in your department to ensure an excellent work environment
  • Manage daily operations to achieve sales goals through digital services, visual presentations, and on-the-sales-floor initiatives
  • Identify and improve areas based on customer feedback
  • Represent the brand in Nike initiatives and train the team
  • Ensure the store meets all Nike standards and guidelines
  • Collaborate with business partners in stores and at headquarters

Our Store Structure:

We have a unique store structure that includes three coach functions: Commerce, Operations, and Visual Merchandising. As a Retail Coach, you will be responsible for leading a team that efficiently receives products, conducts accurate inventories, and meets presentation standards.
