Job Description:
This is a 1-2 year targeted, fast-track programme focused on developing specialist technical expertise. As a Banking graduate, you will be working with our Coverage and Mergers and Acquisition teams. You'll come up with answers to our clients' most strategic questions, advising a broad range of corporate clients on mergers and acquisitions, capital raising, structured solutions or risk management. You'll work on live deals and business development projects from day one, playing an important role in demanding assignments. Your responsibilities may include:
- Financial analysis and modelling
- Valuation
- Industry research
- Business evaluation and strategic assessment
- Business and idea generation
- External and internal stakeholder communication
Required Skills and Qualifications:
We're looking for motivated and curious individuals with a degree or expected degree – in any area. You must be fluent in English and Spanish.
