Cross Border Talents is a dynamic company seeking a talented Marketing Consultant to join our team. As a Marketing Consultant, you will play a key role in guiding companies on their online advertising strategies and achieving individual sales targets.
Role OverviewAs a Marketing Consultant, you will be responsible for providing guidance to companies on their online advertising strategies, achieving individual sales goals, and developing and maintaining strong client relationships. You will also be expected to keep up-to-date with digital marketing trends and participate in continuous training and certification programs to enhance your skills.
Responsibilities- Online Advertising Strategy Guidance: Provide expert guidance to companies on their online advertising strategies, ensuring they achieve their business objectives.
- Sales Target Achievement: Achieve individual sales goals and assist in meeting team sales targets, driving business growth and success.
- Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty.
- Digital Marketing Trend Awareness: Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, ensuring you are equipped to provide innovative solutions to clients.
- Continuous Learning: Participate in continuous training and certification programs to enhance your skills and stay ahead in the industry.
- Native German: Fluency in German is required for this role.
- C1 English Proficiency: A C1 level of English proficiency is necessary for effective communication with clients and colleagues.
- EU Citizenship or Spanish Residency Card: EU citizenship or a Spanish residency card is required for this role.
- Advertising and PPC Experience: A minimum of 1 year of experience in advertising and PPC campaigns is required.
- Outbound Sales Experience: A minimum of 1 year of experience in outbound sales, preferably B2B, is required.
- Leadership, Analytical, and Communication Skills: Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills are essential for this role.
