Epic Delivery Leader

Cigna Healthcare is seeking an experienced Epic Delivery Leader to join our Portfolio Optimisation and Execution office. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for leading the delivery of Epics and large business transformation programs/projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and deliver Epics/Programmes/Projects, including those with high-level senior business stakeholder interaction.
  • Partner with senior leadership from the Business and IT community to identify and prioritize opportunities for achieving the goals of the Epic/Programmes/Projects.
  • Provide thought leadership in business strategy development and solution assessments as it relates to major projects/programs.
  • Chair Steering Committee meetings with senior business and IT leaders, providing clear updates and decisions across initiatives.
Requirements:
  • High-performing individual with methodical, inquisitive, and passionate approach to delivering large business change across a global organization.
  • Strong leadership skills, with experience in managing virtual teams based across different global locations and time zones.
  • Ability to manage budgets and financials for multi-year Epics/Programmes/Projects.
