Key Responsibilities:

1. Test Performance and Reporting: Ensure accurate and timely test results, adhering to laboratory standards and protocols.
2. High Complexity Testing: Perform authorized high complexity tests, requiring a high degree of skill and technical expertise.
3. Quality Control and Assurance: Maintain records of patient test results, identify and correct problems that may affect test performance or reporting, and document non-conformities and corrective actions.
4. Client Communication: Provide professional guidance and assistance to clients, ensuring seamless communication and coordination.
5. Collaboration and Teamwork: Work effectively with colleagues to ensure efficient laboratory operations and achieve shared goals.
6. Professional Development: Participate in validation of new tests or test upgrades, and conduct molecular analysis techniques and interpretation of results using different platforms.

Requirements:
