The Role

We are looking for a results-driven Finance Director to champion and implement property-wide strategies that drive revenue growth and maximize profitability. You will provide financial expertise to support the successful implementation of our brand service strategy and initiatives while ensuring alignment with our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive annual business plans aligned with company and brand strategic direction.
• Lead finance teams to ensure accurate forecasting, budgeting, and cost control.
• Analyze financial data and market trends to inform business decisions.
• Collaborate with executive team members to influence property strategies and lead own team.
• Oversee internal, external, and regulatory audit processes.
• Conduct regular performance appraisals with direct reports and assign clear accountability backed by authority.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A 4-year bachelor's degree in Finance and Accounting or related major, with 3 years of experience in finance and accounting or a related professional area.
• Mastery of financial software and tools, including Excel, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), and general ledger systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and practically.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
