Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Strategic HR Advisor - Talent Development to join our team in this exciting opportunity. As an HR Advisor, you will play a key role in supporting the growth and development of our employees, while also contributing to the achievement of our organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Employee Engagement and Development
    • Analyze indicators of turnover and absenteeism to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to enhance employee satisfaction and retention.
    • Collaborate with managers to design and implement training programs that align with business objectives and support employee career development.
    • Develop and maintain effective communication channels to keep employees informed about company news, initiatives, and policies.
  • Talent Management
    • Coordinate the recruitment process to ensure timely hiring of qualified candidates.
    • Work closely with hiring managers to develop job descriptions and requirements that accurately reflect the skills and qualifications needed for each role.
    • Conduct performance management and development reviews to support employee growth and succession planning.
  • HR Operations
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date personnel records, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
    • Provide exceptional customer service to employees, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Relations, Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in HR, preferably in a similar role.
  • Advanced English language proficiency.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees at all levels.
