- Carrier Management: Select carriers for transportation and negotiate fees and contracts with carriers, focusing on optimizing and improving the logistics area's profitability.
- Operational Excellence: Monitor and manage the department's OPEX, ensuring that costs are controlled and optimized.
- Education: Degrees in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or related disciplines.
- Leadership Experience: Experience in leading high-performing teams, with a proven track record of success.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving, operational, and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and influencing skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills, with the ability to collect and analyze data to inform business decisions.
- Industry Experience: At least 6 years of experience working in strategic business development projects, startups, fast-scale companies, or strategy consulting.
- Language Skills: English C1 or above, with Portuguese B2 being a plus.
