About the RoleWe are seeking a talented and proactive Senior Frontend Developer to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced work environment. As a key member of our development team, you will collaborate closely with the Frontend Lead, Product Owners, and UI/UX designers to build and enhance our digital platform. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to various aspects of frontend development, from translating design concepts into high-quality React components to participating in discussions about production infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the design and implementation of high-impact features using modern frontend technologies.
- Architect scalable, efficient, and maintainable solutions for complex challenges.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless and intuitive web applications.
- Ensure code quality through best practices, including e2e testing, code reviews, and performance optimization.
- Identify and address potential technical challenges proactively, ensuring robust and secure solutions.
- Innovate by implementing the latest trends and advancements in the React ecosystem, continuously improving our tech stack.
- Participate in strategic planning, Scrum-based team sprints, and discussions related to production infrastructure, contributing to technical decision-making.
- Promote a culture of continuous learning, driving improvements in development processes, tools, and methodologies.
- Mentor and provide technical leadership to junior developers, fostering their growth and development within the team.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Frontend Developer.
- Proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and RESTful APIs.
- Familiar with Git, JIRA, Confluence, and Slack.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish.
