About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Digital Media Performance Strategist to join our dynamic team at Amadeus. In this critical role, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining a portfolio of clients within the hospitality industry.

You will serve as the primary point of contact for client portfolios, handling all communication, including reporting and presentation of results, and suggesting innovative strategies to drive campaign performance.

As part of our collaborative team, you will work closely with digital media experts and analysts to implement data-driven strategies and optimizations.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Lead communications with clients through calls, emails, and occasional face-to-face meetings to present results, discuss strategic options, and manage account relationships.
  • Coordinate assigned campaigns, working with an analyst to develop data-driven strategies that meet client and company goals.
  • Develop creative campaign management and strategies for each client across their portfolio, considering knowledge of the client, campaign data, tacit knowledge, and business intelligence insights.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and analysts to explore new opportunities in digital media and share knowledge, including leading training sessions on specific topics.
Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as Business Administration, Marketing, Advertising, Business Intelligence, Statistics, or Finance.
  • Experience in digital media, managing a portfolio of clients, and performing day-to-day optimizations and other necessary activities.
  • Deep knowledge of digital media channels, strategies, platforms, and optimization techniques.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience working with clients and campaign stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of market trends and hospitality key performance indicators (KPIs), with a focus on the interaction between KPIs and digital media performance.
  • Proficiency in Google Marketing Platform tools, including Google Analytics, Data Studio, Search Ads 360, and Facebook Business Manager.
  • Fluency in English, with Spanish, German, and/or French proficiency a plus.
