Job Title: Clinical Resource Nurse

Woodston Personnel Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled Clinical Resource Nurse to join our team in Saudi Arabia. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in promoting and supporting the development of nursing staff, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, evidence-based care and practice.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain high visibility in the area(s) of assignment, ensuring that nursing staff complies with hospital infection control and safety protocols.
  • Develop and implement evidence-based standards of nursing practice/guidelines in the area of specialty.
  • Work at bedside with nursing staff/students, validating skills and knowledge to ensure adherence to quality assurance at all times.
  • Act as a resource, mentor, coach, and role model in upholding evidence-based practice.
  • Participate in the development, implementation, and evaluation of unit-based orientation and competency assessments.
  • Assist with the development and update of policy and procedure as required.
  • Demonstrate clinical competence in managing deteriorating patients.
  • Coordinate unit-based periodic mock drills, debriefs, and actions as required.
  • Participate in briefing/debriefing sessions, such as codes, mortality/morbidity case reviews, and staff-patient conflict issues.
  • Assist in developing and monitoring clinical indicators in the assigned area.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or equivalent from an accredited institution.
  • Current licensure as a professional registered nurse.
  • Specific certification as required in the area of assignment/education.
  • Registration with the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties.
  • Minimum of 5 (five) years' current clinical nursing experience following licensure/registration in the country of origin with basic leadership experience.
  • Experience in one of the following areas: Neuro Med/Surgery, Endoscopy, CSSD, Neuro Stepdown, Stroke Epilepsy.
Language:

English is essential, and Arabic is preferred.
