Key Responsibilities:
• Provide leadership for one of our platform engineering teams
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high availability and reliability of our systems
• Define and implement best practices for monitoring, incident management, and troubleshooting of infrastructure and applications
• Design and implement automation tools and processes to improve efficiency and reduce downtime
• Work closely with development teams to ensure their applications are designed for scalability and reliability
• Participate in the design and implementation of new systems and services to ensure they meet our reliability and scalability requirements
• Manage the team's performance, develop career paths, and provide coaching and mentoring to team members
Requirements:
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 5+ years of experience in SRE or related fields
• 2+ years of experience in managing teams
• Strong knowledge of Linux systems, cloud infrastructure, networking, and databases
• Proven experience in designing and implementing highly available and scalable applications
• Hands-on experience with automation tools and scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash, Ansible, Terraform)
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Experience with security and compliance requirements (e.g., HIPAA, SOC 2, GDPR, DORA) is a plus
Estimated Salary: €85,000 per year
