We are seeking a seasoned Digital Project Manager to join our team at Indicia Worldwide. As a key member of our delivery team, you will be responsible for managing the scoping, planning, and delivery of digital implementations and migrations, ensuring that client expectations are met and delivery teams are executing to schedule.

With a strong background in project management and a passion for digital marketing, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring that client briefs are clearly articulated and that delivery teams are meeting customer requirements.
  • Actively engaging and reviewing client campaigns and projects, making recommendations to ensure optimal and efficient routes to delivery.
  • Creating and tracking project plans, managing scrum activities, risks, and issues.

You will be a tech-savvy professional with an in-depth understanding of how digital technology and digital marketing can help achieve our client's business goals. You will have experience in a similar role for a marketing or digital agency company and be proficient in project management techniques, agile project management, and agile tools such as JIRA and Azure DevOps.

We are looking for someone who is methodical, with excellent time management skills and the ability to manage simultaneous efforts. You will have strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with a variety of stakeholders and be knowledgeable in online analytics platforms such as Adobe or Google Analytics.
