Corporate Lawyer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced corporate lawyer to join our team in Marbella, Spain. As a company lawyer with 8+ years of operational experience, you will be responsible for providing legal advice on labour, construction, finance, and company law.
The ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills, a pleasant demeanour, and the ability to undertake various tasks. Fluency in English and Spanish is essential, as well as a law degree obtained in Spain.
About the RoleThis office-based position offers an excellent work environment, competitive salary, and benefits. The successful applicant will work Monday to Friday, 9:30 am to 5:30 pm, with a comprehensive salary package including:
- Salary: €55,000 - €70,000 per year (dependent on experience)
- Provide legal advice on labour, construction, finance, and company law
- Assist with setting up companies in Spain
- Liaise with third parties and prepare contracts
- Stay up-to-date with labour and finance laws in Spain
- Use computer software efficiently
- High level of English and Spanish (both written and spoken)
- Previous experience working as a company lawyer (ideally 8+ years)
- Working knowledge of setting up companies in Spain
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Good time management and organizational skills
- A valid driving licence and access to a car
- Excellent work environment-office based
