Job Description

We are seeking a talented Product Engineer to join our team. As a Product Engineer, you will work across one of our small teams, focusing on building and maintaining our product features. Our main product-focused engineering teams are Feature Success, Product Analytics, Replay, Data Warehouse, Web Analytics, Pipeline, and Infrastructure.

You will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects, from building new features to improving existing ones. We encourage our engineers to take ownership of their work and suggest what they want to build to have the biggest impact on our customers.

As a Product Engineer, you will be responsible for tests, user feedback, and tracking. You will also work directly with our customers, collaborating with our weekly support hero to address customer inquiries and feedback.

We are a transparent company, sharing as much information as possible to enable teams to make great decisions. We value autonomy, innovation, and iteration, and we are committed to building an awesome product for our end-users.

About Our Engineering Teams

Our engineering teams work across different areas, including Feature Success, Product Analytics, Replay, Data Warehouse, Web Analytics, Pipeline, and Infrastructure. We usually consider hiring for all teams and then decide where individual people will work best.

We give people the opportunity to move across teams, ensuring they get to work on different problems and learn new skills.

We work on a two-week sprint basis, giving everyone in the team the opportunity to suggest what they want to build to have the biggest impact on our customers.
