About the Role
The Phygital Training Project Specialist is a key professional responsible for educating patients on insulin pump and/or sensor therapy in a virtual environment. Reporting to the Technical Consultant Manager, this role works directly with patients selected by diabetes doctors and referred by field colleagues (Therapy Sales Specialists).
Key Responsibilities
- Provide remote technical training for new patients and monitor their correct use of devices.
- Offer follow-up and troubleshooting support to field colleagues in agreement with diabetologists and patients.
- Support doctors and patients in accessing data management platforms (CareLink, MiniMed mobile, Medtronic Connect, Guardian, Penny, and future applications).
- Act as a technological support and/or online chat for non-urgent questions or doubts on various issues related to devices.
- Support or replace field colleagues as needed in their training activities in the area and contacts with reference diabetologists.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in scientific or nurse disciplines or proven experience in the sector for at least three years.
- Previous experience in the field as a technical/commercial trainer in the diabetes sector.
- Excellent capacity to use computer media and the main web connection platforms, as well as the entire Microsoft Office package.
- Empathy and excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Fluent in English, Spanish, and Catalan.
- Aptitude for continuous updating and orientation to results.
