About the Role
We are seeking an experienced DevSecOps Engineer to lead our security practices and processes, developing strategies to ensure seamless security integration throughout the organization. This role involves mentoring engineers, automating security-based principles, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement DevSecOps strategies for the organization, ensuring security is integrated into every stage of development and deployment.
  • Mentor other engineers in cybersecurity best practices, promoting a culture of security awareness and compliance.
  • Collaborate with development and operations teams to automate security-based principles, reducing vulnerabilities and improving overall system security.
  • Identify and implement tools and processes to enhance software development and delivery, prioritizing efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of implemented solutions, providing recommendations for enhancements or modifications as needed.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; alternatively, significant work experience as a Software Engineer with a strong emphasis on Cybersecurity.
  • At least 5 years of experience working as a DevSecOps Engineer, with expertise in Network Architecture and AWS technologies.
  • Strong competence in AWS Security services, including Guard Duty, Config, Security Hub, Inspector, Control Tower, IAM policies, VPC Flow Logs, and CloudTrail.
  • Cybersecurity competence in SAST, DAST, SIEM, SSO, penetration testing, and implementing cybersecurity controls.
  • Experience designing & building solutions with a focus on AWS Security and Network services.

Compensation and Benefits
The estimated annual salary for this position is $120,000-$180,000, depending on location and experience. Additional benefits include comprehensive health insurance, retirement plans, and generous paid time off.
