Job Description
As an IT Governance & Performance Specialist, you will be responsible for providing strategic insights to IT leadership, enabling them to make informed decisions about the IT function. Your primary focus areas will include:
Analyzing IT Performance Data
Develop and maintain strategic key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure IT function performance, value generated for the company, and progress towards strategic goals.
Analyze IT performance data and provide actionable insights to IT leadership, facilitating strategic decision-making.
Contributing to IT Governance Assessments
Collaborate with IT governance teams to assess and improve the IT governance framework, ensuring alignment with industry best practices, standards, and regulatory requirements.
Maintaining IT Governance Documents
Ensure the accuracy and completeness of IT governance documents and repositories, facilitating seamless information sharing and collaboration within the organization.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should possess:
Education
A Master's or Bachelor's degree in Information Management Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience
At least 5 years of experience in IT Governance or IT Compliance in a global company setting.
Technical Skills
Proficiency in analytics, performance reporting, and analytics tools such as PowerBI.
Knowledge of IT governance and process frameworks like COBIT or ITIL.
Language Skills
Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
Salary Estimate
We offer a competitive salary in the range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on your location and experience. We also provide a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
