You will be responsible for delivering on a variety of requests throughout the day, working collaboratively with our clients and across our capabilities to deliver insights, produce results, and create profound value.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop topic knowledge and industry expertise in Hospitality, Tourism, Travel distribution, and Aviation topics.
- Manage various research requests with a high level of accuracy and organization.
- Take ownership of personal development in research delivery and topic specialization.
- Engage in thought partnership with consulting teams and knowledge teams to understand, scope, and deliver accurate, timely, and relevant data and information.
- Utilize and develop tools and technology to collect, summarize, and synthesize relevant data and information.
Requirements:
- 0-2 years of business research experience, with specialization in Travel and Tourism topics.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication skills, proficiency in English, and fluency in another European language.
- Sound understanding of the European Tourism sector and markets.
