Job Summary

Empresa Reconocida is seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, resolving claims in a timely and efficient manner, and working closely with our Claims Manager to ensure seamless communication.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage new claims from start to end, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction
  • Administer all tasks related to the position, including correspondence and documentation
  • Manage complaints and ensure compliance with regulations in each country
  • Retention Duties: Manage cancellation requests to maintain the portfolio
  • Call monitoring and quality review to rate team performance
  • Build relations with internal departments to utilize all resources for the benefit of the customer
  • Identify potential process improvements and make recommendations to the Team Manager
  • Support other team members and provide resources to enable all team goals to be achieved
  • Escalate customer complaints
  • Be the point of contact for nominated country clients

Requirements

  • Experience in Life Insurance products, claims environment, and customer service-focused organizations
  • Experience in all levels of complaints resolution
  • Experience working in a Contact Centre environment
  • Ability to meet/exceed targets and manage multiple priorities
  • Advanced level of German or native speaker
  • Advanced level of English or native speaker
  • Any other European language will be a plus
  • Must possess excellent attention to detail, with a high level of accuracy
  • Strong interpersonal skills with excellent verbal and written communication to internal and external clients

  • Ability to work under own initiative and proactively recommend and implement process improvements
  • Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage workflow to meet individual and team requirements
  • Ability to quickly identify customer needs and exercise judgment in a professional and confident manner
