Key Responsibilities:
- Actively showcase Joseph Joseph products using advanced sales techniques to drive conversions and meet store targets
- Ensure that all stores are visually appealing, clean, and well-organized with accurate pricing and well-stocked shelves
- Monitor store stock levels and flag any discrepancies or restocking needs to the store and account managers
- Represent Joseph Joseph at store events, brand activations, or product launches to increase brand visibility
- Organize and run engaging sales training sessions for store staff using videos, product samples, and other training materials to ensure thorough product knowledge
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a retail, sales, or merchandising environment, ideally within a premium or fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) brand
- Strong sales skills with a proven ability to convert customer interest into purchases and exceed sales targets
- Experience delivering training and product knowledge sessions, with the ability to engage and motivate teams
- A genuine enthusiasm for Joseph Joseph products and a passion for delivering an outstanding in-store experience
Working Patterns: 2 days working in-store and 3 days visiting stores each week. Availability to work 1 weekend day, with 1 day off during the week.
