About This Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the planning and execution of retail execution and eB2B commerce solutions, partnering with internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
  • Develop and maintain digital Sales Execution & eB2B capability maps and roadmaps for the region, driving overall capabilities and roadmap for Sales Execution solutions.
  • Lead and oversee delivery of strategic Sales Execution & eB2B initiatives across MEU BU's and markets, working closely with I&A and D&A teams to pilot innovations.
  • Review and analyze implementations for further improvements, ensuring new innovative features are piloted for business value realization.
Requirements
  • Extensive experience in fast-moving consumer goods, with strong technical leadership skills in delivering Retail Execution and/or eB2B technology solutions at scale.
  • Proven ability to work with business leadership teams and multifunctional teams, with excellent interpersonal skills, including teamwork, facilitation, and negotiation.
  • Experience in commercial technology solution delivery, including prioritization and timeline estimations, and transformation within large, complex, and multi-national organizations.
