Job DescriptionWe are seeking a Senior Quantitative Researcher to join our Data Science - QIS Team at our Spanish headquarters, Marbella. The successful candidate will participate in the development of new systematic trading strategies and showcase the value of our data for trading and investment purposes.
The ideal candidate will have a PhD/MSc in Quantitative or Computational Finance, or a related field, and 5+ years of relevant work experience as a quantitative researcher. They will possess outstanding quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with proven ability to develop original research and hypothesis testing.
Responsibilities- Identify, validate, and amplify predictive signals within our data while discerning and filtering out irrelevant information.
- Formulate systematic trading strategies spanning multiple asset classes with a major focus on equities, enriching security-selection capabilities with Alternative Data across different holding periods.
- Offer data-driven insights, engage in discussions about research, and present trading strategies to leading quantitative researchers and portfolio managers.
- Effectively communicate intricate analytical concepts to management in a clear and concise manner.
- A PhD/MSc in Quantitative or Computational Finance, or a related field.
- 5+ years of relevant work experience as a quantitative researcher.
- Outstanding quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated proficiency in at least Python and SQL.

As a Senior Quant Researcher, you will join the Quantitative Investment Strategies (QIS) Team, consisting of four quant researchers dedicated to feature engineering and developing systematic trading strategies.
