Your RoleWe are seeking an experienced Frontend Team Manager to join our team of 80 Frontend engineers and managers. As a key member of our feature teams, you will work closely with Product, Backend, and Mobile engineers to craft beautiful web interfaces that meet the needs of our 500,000 customers.
You will be responsible for managing a team of 4-8 Frontend Engineers, fostering their growth through mentorship and feedback, and building a collaborative team culture. You will also contribute to improving our Web team's operating system and drive the delivery of high-quality frontend code on time.
Responsibilities- People Management: Manage a team of 4-8 Frontend Engineers, provide regular feedback, and conduct interviews to hire new team members.
- Delivery: Drive the delivery of your Frontend team to ensure quality and timeliness, establish engineering best practices, and contribute to improving the Web team's overall operating system.
We value analysis and upfront technical designs, code reviews, and smart slicing. Our engineers focus on one feature at a time, and we strive for excellence in management through comprehensive training programs.
