Job Title: Data Engineer Core Tech

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Engineer to join our dynamic team in Málaga. As a Data Engineer, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and implementing a cutting-edge real-time data platform.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop the real-time data platform and pipelines
  • Conceptualize, evaluate, and build proof of concepts on new models, tools, and techniques
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment
  • Performance tuning of the system and work on new ways to increase efficiency
Requirements:
  • Experience working with high velocity and high-volume data
  • Relevant knowledge of database design and development
  • Strong experience in Java, with Scala knowledge as a plus
  • Good experience with SQL queries and database tuning
  • Problem-solving skills, willingness to take ownership and risks, and enthusiasm in the face of technical knowledge
  • Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a team environment
