Cpl is partnering with a leading player in the Renewable Energy sector to fill a key role in Spain. As Country Sales Director, you will lead the expansion of a Solar Distributor into the Spanish market, focusing on wholesale renewable energy and energy efficiency products. Your team will work with residential and commercial installers, as well as EPCs and Utility Projects. Key responsibilities include managing a team of Sales Managers, driving revenue growth, and achieving sales targets. Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field, a minimum of 8-10 years of sales experience, and at least 5 years in a leadership role within the renewable energy or technology sectors. A proven track record of driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets is essential.
