AI Research Scientist for Computer Vision and Deep Learning

We are seeking a skilled Senior Machine Learning Engineer to develop, train, and optimize state-of-the-art deep learning methods for applications in computer vision, 3D reconstruction, robotic perception, and safe autonomy.
About the Role
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in machine learning, especially DNN architectures, supervised and self-supervised learning. Experience with PyTorch, Git, and Docker is required. Additionally, expertise in rapid prototyping and deploying DNN models for computer vision is highly valued.
Main Responsibilities
- Data preparation and analysis for real and synthetic datasets.
- Collaborate with researchers to design, implement, test, and benchmark deep learning methods.
- Analyze the implementation of state-of-the-art methods.
- Perform hyperparameter tuning and resource optimization during training.
- Conduct experimental validation and benchmarking of new methods against existing standards.
Requirements
- Master's degree in engineering or relevant field.
- Strong Python skills.
- Deep understanding of ML, especially DNN architectures, supervised and self-supervised learning.
- Experience with Git and Docker.
- Experience in rapid prototyping and deploying DNN models for computer vision.
Desirable Qualifications
- Experience with radiance fields techniques such as Neural Radiance Fields (NERF) and 3D Gaussian Splatting (3DGS).
- Leadership experience in R&D and innovation projects.
- PhD in computer science, AI, ML, or Robotics.
