Scopely is seeking a Senior Quality Assurance Manager to oversee the quality efforts of various teams responsible for the development, integration, and release of new and exciting content for Star Trek Fleet Command.

As a key member of the QA team, you will be responsible for defining and implementing the test strategy for the Content team, ensuring alignment with business goals and adherence to QA lifecycle steps for content development.

You will also be responsible for maintaining and managing the content bug database, prioritizing high-ROI issues and ensuring all relevant bugs are tracked and pursued to resolution.

The ideal candidate will have exceptional leadership and managerial skills, with a proven track record of driving quality initiatives and improving processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and implement the test strategy for the Content team
  • Maintain and manage the content bug database
  • Drive the creation and maintenance of test suites and test cases for new and existing content
  • Collaborate with external test teams and production teams to ensure efficient resource management
  • Provide a holistic view of content quality through tracking and reporting
