Job Title: Senior Manager, Supply Distribution

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager to lead our Supply Distribution team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for optimizing our lodging trading health, analyzing key business performance, and operationalizing multiple initiatives. Your strong analytical and problem-solving skills, coupled with a passion for tangible results, will drive our success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define, set, and drive lodging trading health KPIs for demand partners
  • Deliver operationalization of agreed-upon initiatives, progress tracking, and reporting
  • Contribute to the definition and execution of longer-term strategic initiatives for our PLS Demand Partners
  • Act as a change agent for ongoing innovations, collaborating closely across Expedia's brands
  • Build and maintain excellent relationships with relevant parties across multiple parts of EG

Requirements:

  • 8 years of experience, preferably with a management consulting background and/or a similar role in a leading technology company
  • MBA strongly preferred
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Demonstrated ability to strategize, design, and execute towards ambitious goals
  • Results-oriented, appetite for driving business impact
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills
  • Ability to effectively lead, handle, and mobilize multiple partners
